Vigon Named One of the Best Places to Work in PA

For the fourth time in five years, Vigon has been selected among the "Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania."

Part of the assessment process for this recognition includes an employee engagement and satisfaction survey, making this accomplishment that much more of an honor. Vigon's ranking on the list will be announced at the awards dinner on December 3rd.

Vigon Social

On Friday, September 11th, the "Vigon Social" was held at the Water Gap Country Club.

The scenic setting provided a great backdrop for the event, where a variety of food and drinks were served at the club's outdoor bar. Attendees enjoyed one of the few remaining summer evenings by playing ladder golf and other games. Those who wore their favorite teams's jersey were entered into a prize raffle.

Vigon Wins "Fastest Growing Companies" Award

Vigon has again been chosen as one of the Lehigh Valley's Fastest Growing Companies.

This awards program honors the greater Lehigh Valley's most dynamic businesses who progressively contribute to the success of the region's economic growth and stability. The company rankings will be announced at an event at DeSales University on October 28th.

Tell us a little bit about your background.

I've been working in PA for 20 years, prior to that I lived on Long Island. I worked for a distributor of fragrances, health and beauty aids, and pharmaceuticals.

What do you like best about your job?

I love getting to know our suppliers, customers and building relationships.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love to spend time with my family; whether it's going camping, visiting local attractions or just spending quality time together.

Can you share an interesting fact about yourself?

Growing up I played soccer from kindergarten to senior year.
