The Greater Iberia Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Very Berry Christmas Quest, in partnership with the Downtown Business Association's Magic on Main festivities on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015 in historical downtown New Iberia.
The Very Berry Christmas Quest is a family scavenger hunt offering fun activities at various Iberia Parish locations to encourage families to stay local for the upcoming holidays.
Families will pick up a to-do activity list, holiday hats, discounts and goodies at the chamber's office from 9 a.m. to noon and return them to the Landscape Ranch (1300 E. Main St.) by 4 p.m. to be entered in various drawings. Prizes up for grabs include a $500 gift certificate from Armentor Jewelers.
The Iberia Parish Convention and Visitors Bureau is one of the participating locations and will offer holiday ornament crafts from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its welcome center located at 2513 Hwy. 14 in New Iberia.
