October 2015 Wellness Newsletter
October is a busy time for wellness activities. If you have yet to register for an on-site biomteric screening, we ask that you sign up today at the QUEST website using Registration key: CWRU. We also have room for WALK-IN screenings at most of the events. Please remember to be fasting for the walk-in option. Times, dates and locations are on the wellness website, or feel free to contact us with questions.

In addition, you have two more opportunities to get your FLU SHOT in advance of the benefits fair in November:
  • October 9 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing Faculty Staff Lounge
  • October 23 from 9 AM to  1 PM in Crawford Hall Room 209

SMART for Teens
Connor Integrative Medicine is now offering a version of the
 SMART program for teens!
The class is aimed at helping teenagers learn to develop healthy stress resilience habits that they can carry on into their adult lives. The experts at Connor have adapted the curriculum to address teens' unique stressors and needs.
