The Maryland World Class Consortia holds its next Quarterly Meeting on February 11th.  Join us for this half-day mini-conference with tips any organization can use to improve performance!

  • Eddie Conklin of Peninsula Regional Medical Center will describe PRMC's lean journey. Eddie's manufacturing background brought lean manufacturing into the hospital. Come see how the lessons-learned come back to everyone, regardless of industry.
  • Mike Galiazzo of RMI of Maryland will describe groundbreaking projects and plans to pave the way to Next Generation Manufacturing in Maryland.
  • Mike DeBergalis and Justin Cressler will compare and contrast lean strategies at two companies: Dentsply and Kraft Foods. A unique comparative study of two lean strategies, what works, and why.
