Now, are you ready for some swimming?
I am pleased to announce I have re-opened SwimSuit ordering and have been able to add to the variety of not only the SwimSuits but also some additional items. We can order Swim Skins, Wet Suits, Warm Up Suits and a Swim Parka in addition to the Swim Suits, bags, caps and goggles we already had available. These are manufactured by TYR, are very good quality and we are able to offer them at exceptional prices. I do realize the Wet Suits are expensive, but they are well made. We do NOT have a minimum order so I decided to offer to those who want this type of Wet Suit. They will be screen printed with our Logo.
We not have THREE swimsuit options that will both have our Logo printed on them. The newest addition is on the second page of the ordering form, the Logo will be printed on the back due to the design on the front. We also have 3 different styles of swim bags (also with Logo), swim caps and swim goggles. You also have the opportunity to have your first and/or last name embroidered on the backpacks at no extra cost. Since this is our second order, I would suggest not having just your first name on the swim bag, please get your last name or at least the initial of your last name. With the size of the club continuing to grow, chances are someone else may order the exact same bag and have the exact same first name.
These swimsuits are Chlorine Resistant and will be perfect for Riverwinds Swims, Lake Gilman and/or any swim meets or swimming events.

The Swim Suits will arrive at Action Wheels Saturday, March 21
INITIAL ORDER FOR WETSUITS: Anything (wetsuits, swimsuits, etc...) that is already ordered by March 31st will be processed to TYR to be filled, I want to make sure that anyone that wants a Wet Suit will have it for your early races, we should have them 4 week post order submission.
SECOND ORDER: Everything will remain open until Sunday, April 6th for those needing to try on the SwimSuits since they won't be available for Try On until next weekend. I will close the order Monday. April 7th and will submit to TYR that week. This should also take approximately 4 weeks post order to be delivered

I do work full time so please be patient with my responses, especially if I have to go back to TYR to get an answer.
PLEASE keep copies of your receipts, we had a few misorders when we submitted the order to TYR and it was very helpful for me to get refunds / re-orders when I had the receipts.
Shipping / Delivery Information: These will ship directly to me approximately 30 business days after ordering closes. I will be sorting (volunteers welcome) and they will be ready for pick up shortly after. Due to some items being accidentally picked up incorrectly and then someone didn't have what they ordered and paid for, I am trying to figure out a way to distribute more effectively. My thoughts are that I will do the mass distribution one weekend when I am in town and find a place to sit for a period of time for items to get picked up, anything not picked up will go to someones house and/or garage to be picked up later. Anything NOT picked up within 6 weeks will become the property of MHWTC so PLEASE pick up your items!
