Get Ready for Registration

Students register on the following dates according to their current student standing (not the standing they will be at the end of the semester).

SOPHOMORES:   Wednesday, March 26

FRESHMEN:   Thursday, March 27

Registration opens at 7:30 each morning. Your student should use WebAdvisor ONline or be IN line
at the START Center (Carleson Hall) or the Registrar's Office (Bamberger Hall).

Students should make an academic advising appointment now by calling the START Center at 801-832-2280 to set an appointment. A peer or staff advisor will work with your student to individualize his/her academic plan and Fall 2014 schedule. Advisors will go over your student's degree audit and help sequence courses correctly. Advising is very important to make sure your student is on the right track!

If your student is ready to begin meeting with a faculty advisor in his/her area of study, the START Center will help him or her make this transition and discuss how to declare a major/minor.

The Registrar's Office will send your student an email if he/she has any account holds. These holds must be cleared before your student will be able to register. Call the Registrar's Office at 801-832-2180 or the START Center at 801-832-2280 with questions.
