Help Celebrate Science and Technology at the Chandler Science Spectacular ::

The Chandler Science Spectacular, a two-day celebration of inventors, creativity and science in our everyday lives, is accepting applications for vendors. Individuals and organizations in these fields are encouraged to get involved in the following two events:

A Night of Art & Science: 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016

Plans Finalized for Signature Mixed-Use Project Coming to Downtown Chandler ::

The Row, the highly-anticipated mixed-use development planned for downtown Chandler, is pleased to announce that plans have been finalized and construction is scheduled to begin in late 2015. Led by Vintage Partners, the Phoenix-based commercial real estate development and investment company, The Row will serve as the heart and soul of the new Downtown Chandler Entertainment District.

Unspooling across four full acres on the SW corner of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard, this innovative and pedestrian-friendly 60,000 sq.-ft. two story project will offer a wide variety of local and national dining and retail storefronts. Furthermore, as the linchpin of the new Downtown Chandler Entertainment District, The Row will help to stitch together Chandler's burgeoning downtown dining and culture scenes, creating a seamless transition from the cluster of dining, residential and governmental buildings surrounding the Dr. A.J. Chandler Park, with the Chandler Center for the Arts just north across Chandler Boulevard.

"With this agreement, the downtown community and Chandler residents will enjoy a first-class, one-of-a-kind entertainment project that will further enhance our already vibrant downtown," said Mayor Jay Tibshraeny. "This is a critical site for downtown and we're pleased to see this project begin to become a reality."
