Thank you from Olivewood Gardens!
In just four short years, Olivewood has become a vital education center where children and families come to explore the connections between gardening and cooking, plants and nutrition, and science and the environment. We invite you to help build our efforts promoting healthy living for children and families by making a year-end gift.

We will also be hosting Kids in the Kitchen and will welcome students from several schools around San Diego County.

Olivewood Gardens is Hiring
Do you enjoy getting your hands dirty? Are you excited about growing vegetables and building compost? Would you like to share your love of gardening with the next generation? Olivewood is seeking a dedicated and hard working individual to join our passionate team! Nearly one thousand children visit the Gardens three times each year at no cost to their school or family. Our education programs aim to promote healthy lifestyles by giving students positive outdoor experiences and exposing them to fresh fruit and vegetables. We are currently accepting applications for a part-time, bilingual Gardens Support Staff to assist in preparing the gardens for our educational programs, occasionally leading garden groups in Spanish, and ensuring that the gardens are well cared for throughout the year.
