Grand Opening September 12th and 13th!!

We've had a busy summer with several new additions to the farm! New England is such a beautiful place in the fall, and we're hoping you'll spend part of your fall with us and our new alpacas! In this newsletter, we'll take a look at some of the recent changes at Luina Greine, list some upcoming events, and announce our season opening weekend. We're looking forward to a busy season and are eager for you to join us!

Baby Murphy!

The newest member of our alpaca family is the star of this month's newsletter! Murphy is in the top picture with the first member of his fan club!

Murphy was born June 22nd. He is full of energy and loves to greet children. Stop by soon and meet Murphy!

As we prepare for another season, we had the Nashoba Publishing Community News stop by for a visit. We had a great day sharing the history of our farm and our family's love of alpacas. Read the whole story here!

Grand Opening for the 2015 Season (September 12th and 13th)!!

September marks the beginning of our season and we're hoping you'll join us this year! We'll be open every weekend starting this Saturday and Sunday September 12 & 13th, from 10am to 5pm. Join us for our grand opening! Feed the alpacas and miniature donkeys. Hold one of the Indian runner ducks. Play with Peaches and Pippa, our dwarf goats. Visit with our NEW baby alpaca Murphy! Feel free to stroll our sprawling, historic New England farm, complete with a restored barn and apple orchards. We'll be holding farm tours all weekend.

We may have 2 new suprise animals coming to live at Luina Greine by opening weekend. Keep an eye on LuinaGreine.com and Facebook for an announcement of their arrival!

We have several fun events planned for this season. Mark your calendars for the annual Grotonfest on September 19th in historic downtown Groton - we'll have more details about that in an upcoming newsletter. And gear up for National Alpaca Farm Days, September 26 & 27th. Visit our country store or online shop for all things alpaca: socks, mittens, hats, scarves, and several NEW items! We'll share more information for our National Alpaca Farm Days event soon.
