Good Morning,

 

Worry, Worry, Worry!  It is so easy to worry.  What if this happens.  What if that happens.  What am I going to do?  How am I going to handle it?

 

In realty, very little of what we spend so much time worrying about ever happens.  Even if it does, we usually have absolutely no control over it. 

 

How about turning it around and think about the good things that might happen rather than the bad.  Think about how we would handle the successes.

 

How about doing a little contingency planning.  Rather than worrying endlessly, think about it, develop a plan for dealing with it if it were to happen and move on.  Problem solved, quit worrying.

 

We can choose what will occupy our thoughts.  Think positive thoughts, take positive actions and put worrying behind you.
