TO: NCSEJ Leadership and Interested Parties

FROM: Stephen M. Greenberg, Chairman;
Alexander Smukler, NCSEJ President;
Mark B. Levin, NCSEJ Executive Director

Dear Friend,

At last week's Board of Governors meeting, we announced a new name for our organization. NCSJ is now the National Coalition Supporting Eurasian Jewry, NCSEJ. The name change reflects our ongoing mission in a changed world: to promote and protect Jewish communal life throughout the region.

Geopolitical changes affecting the development and security of Jewish community life are taking place across the countries of Eurasia, from Poland to Georgia. The change to NCSEJ reflects the years of steadily developing relationships with government and Jewish leadership in the countries of Eastern and central Europe, even as we continue to play a critical role in the countries of the former Soviet Union. We have been part of the renaissance of the Jewish community from its very first stirrings under Soviet rule. Over the decades our commitment has never wavered.

Our offices have also relocated. The new address is:

NCSEJ
1120 20th Street NW, Suite 300N
Washington, DC 20036

Telephone and fax numbers remain the same. For email correspondence, please update the domain name portion of NCSJ email address to "@ncsej.org".

Sincerely,

Stephen M. Greenberg
Chairman
Alexander Smukler
President
Mark B. Levin
Executive Director
