It's never too late to start! A ll men are invited to join a guided discussion of our Christian faith at twice monthly, Saturday morning meetings. The group gathers the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at 8:00 a.m. in Yates Hall; a full breakfast is shared and a donation of $5.00 is asked of each to cover any costs. We are studying the Gospel of John using William Barclay's "the Daily Study Bible on the Gospel of John". Contact Curt Emery or Mark Smith for more information.   

The Burial Office will be read for Loyd Rhiddlehoover tomorrow, Saturday, August 22nd at 11 a.m. at St. George's Anglican Church. Reception will follow in Yates Hall.

St. George's Women of the Word will continue our study of the Gospel According to St. Luke on Tuesday when we will discuss Luke 18:35-19:48. This corresponds to chapter 9 in the John MacArthur study guide. Please note that the study guide is not essential; simply reading the scripture passages ahead of time is sufficient preparation. Don't forget that Holy Communion is offered at 10:00 a.m. immediately before our class, and I cannot think of better preparation than that act alone! Questions?
