In Chinese astrology calendar, 2014 is 31st Stem-Branch in the cycle and is Green Wooden Horse Year. The Year 2014 is the 4711th Chinese year. The Chinese believe that the first king of China was the Yellow King (he was not the first emperor of China). The Yellow King became king in 2697 B.C., therefore China will enter the 4711th year on January 31, 2014. Also, the Chinese Year uses the cycle of 60 Stem-Branch counting systems and the Green Wood Horse is the 31st Stem-Branch in the cycle. Since (60 *78) + 31 = 4711, therefore 2014 is the Green Wooden Horse Year, which is the 4711th Chinese Year. 2014 Chinese New Year arrives a little bit early in January 2014. 2014 is the Green Horse Year. Horse is one of Chinese favorite animals. It provides lots of services to human. Horse can run very swiftly and provide the ride for people. [DinarWishes] I was just asked if China having a New Year on Monday has any effect on the RV.... YES it does... They will not have anyone in the banks, so if we dont see it before then we will wait till after. [Texas4ever] DW, you mean because it will be a holiday? [DinarWishes] Texas4ever - Yes [Texas4ever] DW - So I guess I am not getting it but as far as having a positive effect on the RV, it does not need to be done by the Chinese New Year? [DinarWishes] To recap... since they don't post me.... the Chinese New Year is a holiday and they shut EVERYTHING DOWN during that holiday. Therefore, if the RV has not happened by then, we wont see it till after. The "RV PINGS" have to be answered so it happens everywhere and not just here and there. Also, it takes a long time because its not just the IQD, VND, or whatever else you hold... it's 134 countries. It takes time.....

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} A member of the parliamentary Finance Committee Hussein Alwan al-Lami, the non-inclusion of the five dollars in the budget, noting that the promise of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki "just talk."
Said Alwan told News} {Euphrates on Thursday that "the law of the federal budget for 2014 did not include the amount of five dollars, but Listed in which just one dollar per barrel to the provinces producing oil."
