Friendly's Serves Up Deliciousness & Donations Offer Extended!--Now through May 11, Friendly's Restaurants, will support Easter Seals Camp Friendly's through its annual Cones for Kids Campaign! Friendly's Restaurants will offer guests two ways to support Easter Seals. For a $1 donation, guests will receive a 10% discount card, valid through May 18. Or, a Kids Meal can be served on a Fun Friendly's Frisbee for a $2 donation. Friendly's Restaurants, has supported Easter Seals since 1981 with more than $28 million through Cones for Kids. Let's Get Dirty! We're calling all volunteers to help our friends at the Dynamic Dirt Challenge! The Dynamic Dirt Challenge is a hardcore, 4+ mile obstacle course taking place on Sunday, June 1st and they've asked us to help secure some volunteers for registration, parking attendants, monitoring obstacles, water stops etc. All volunteers will receive a t-shirt and can participate in the after party (those 21+ need id/those under 18 who want to volunteer need a parent or guardian to sign a permission form). If you have any questions or you'd like to volunteer, please contact Kelly today!

Help Easter Seals make this the largest walk yet and spread the word to family and friends! Be sure to include friends who love to ZUMBA, as there is a FREE one-hour Zumba Fitness Master Class at the walk this year!
Pack & Boots 5K Road Race--Join us for the 2nd Annual Pack & Boots 5K Road Race. For 2014 we have a new flat and fast USATF certified course that is now part of the Run Portsmouth Road Race series and we now encourage walkers to register for our 5K. We are also proud to once again offer a separate 1 mile Survival Run which requires participants to wear boots and carry a pack containing 10% of their body weight (participants provide their own boots and pack). Both races honor our current and former service members and all the proceeds are donated to Veterans Count. To register click here!
Go Casual for a Cause - Team Willa is hosting TWO Casual for a Cause days at our Auburn Street office! For a $5 donation you can dress casually (but business appropriate) on Friday, May 9th or Friday, May 30th...or both days for a $10 donation! Your donations will be accepted each morning in the lobby and you will receive a special sticker indicating your support of Team Willa. Willa and her mom, Bethany who works in the Child Development Center at Auburn Street, will certainly appreciate your support! Questions? Email Colleen today!

The evening's program will include an awards presentation that will allow Easter Seals New York to honor some of New York's most dedicated philanthropists. We hope you will join us in celebrating the evening with us and highlight all of the wonderful contributions made by leaders of our community. Entertainment by famed vocalist Colin Hay. Join us in honoring the winners of the Lilli and Allan Shedlin Award, Heffernan Insurance Brokers. We are also awarding the Outstanding Citizenship Award to Hightower and presenting posthumously the Edgar F. Allen Political Service Leadership Award to the family of Governor Hugh L. Carey. A wide variety of sponsorship opportunities are available, including table and individual seat sales.
