North Beach Pub Crawl

While each of our pub crawls have been a huge success there are still lots of neighborhoods to check out!  We've been to the Mission, SOMA, Marina, and downtown twice.  It's time to get a little Irish in North Beach!  We're going to be checking out some of the awesome venues located in one of the most "active" neighborhood in SF.

This crawl will be the most epic thus far as we'll be visiting 28 different bars in a total of 1 mile walking distance.

Please note that the crawl isn't so much about drinking as it is about seeing and learning about new places and meeting new people!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I'll be limited the attendees of this crawl based on the fact that our numbers continue to grow and I'd like to keep it manageable and have just enough attendees that we don't blow out the bars and everyone can still have fun.  I suggest purchasing your ticket asap.  Once you arrive at the first bar you'll receive a wristband which will get you drink specials at most of the bars that we're visiting (I'll have those details available on the day of the crawl).  I also ask that you don't just show up without purchasing a ticket as it makes my life difficult and takes away from the point of charging.  The ticket is priced at $15 currently but if you use the code letscrawlNB you'll receive $5 off. Please get your ticket HERE and I'm adding a portion of ticket sales to help support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (we've raised over $500 in the past crawls).

About Cystic Fibrosis and the Foundation:

Cystic fibrosis is a devastating genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. More than ten million Americans are symptom-less carriers of the defective CF gene. Advances continue to be made in finding a cure, but your help is needed now -- more than ever -- to help keep up the momentum of this life-saving research.  When the Foundation began in 1955, most children with CF did not live to see their first day of elementary school. Today, the median predicted age of survival for a person with CF is in the mid-30s. This is remarkable progress, but not good enough. We continue to lose precious lives to CF every day.

Click here to see our first crawl - Downtown SF. 11 bars & 2.6mi walking (16 attendees)

Click here to see our Mission crawl - North Mission 12 bars & 2.4mi walking (~50 attendees)

Click here to see our SOMA crawl - SOMA Dist. 13 bars & 1mi walking (92 attendees)

Keep in mind we don't grab a drink @ every location and how long we stay ranges from a quick walk-through to drinks and dinner depending on the bar's capacity and comfort.

As always, each of these locations are known for something different and each provide a fun atmosphere to meet new people or bring a friend.

Walking - We'll be walking a total of 1 mile as we visit 28 different bars.  This will include stopping for dinner halfway.

Dress Code: Feel free to dress casually.  We shouldn't be visiting any venues with a dress code but a number of the venues will probably have a cover. Dress comfortable and don't forget to dress warm as it'll be cold!

Parking: Parking in North Beach is hell.  I highly recommend taking a cab or public transit.  If you want to drive, there is a lot near Green and Grant as well as some metered street parking on Grant.  Please respect the signs and use ParkMe.com if you want to find more parking options.
