AYW SPOTLIGHT LEADS ECNL TEAM TO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Richmond, VA (Aug 4, 2015): While the first-ever female NFL and NBA coaches have been making headlines, PDA ECNL U17 Head Coach Meg Ryan should be added to the list with another first in women's coaching. Ryan became the first female head coach to win an ECNL National Championship when PDA ECNL U17 won the title on July 18.
With the closing of the 2014-15 season, the ECNL Alumni list has expanded. As the ECNL Class of 2015 closes one chapter, this week they begin to write a new chapter in their soccer careers and journey beyond the pitch as they start pre-season and college!
Good luck to this group of Amazing Young Women, what a journey, it has been. You always have a home at the ECNL!
The U.S. Under-18 Women's National Team will travel to Mexico City from Aug. 8-16 for a training camp that features two matches against the Mexico Under-20 Women's National Team.
GATORADE | Sideline Setup As part of the ECNL Game-Day Minimum Standards, ECNL Member Clubs must provide the Gatorade Sideline Setup for all regular season home matches. Gatorade provides PERFORM to ECNL Member Clubs for all 2015-16 ECNL regular season matches. It should be set up per the Gatorade ECNL Partnership Training Manual (Click Here). Shipments are scheduled to arrive by August 26, 2015 in two separate deliveries (one with products and one with premium items). Should your club's Gatorade shipment not arrive by August 28, 2015, or should you have Gatorade product and premium inquiries throughout the season, contact Russell Tebeleff - rtebeleff@paragonmarketing.biz.
NIKE | Ordem 3 Ball
Each year, Nike and the ECNL provide each Member Club with twenty (20) Nike balls for use in training and competition. As part of the ECNL Game Day Minimum Standards, three of these Nike Ordem 3 balls must be available at every ECNL regular season competition. All Nike ball shipments are schedule to arrive by August 28, 2015.
ECNL Bag Tags
Every returning ECNL Member Club will receive a shipment from the ECNL containing 25 ECNL Bag Tags. Returning Member Clubs should distribute these bag tags to their ECNL U14 team or other new players on older teams, while new Member Clubs will receive tags for their ECNL U14-U18 teams. Shipments are scheduled to arrive by August 26, 2015.
