 The NRMP is pleased to announce the availability of the Match PRISM for Android version of its free smartphone app, The Match Program Rating and Interview Scheduling Manager. The Match PRISM enables Main Residency Match applicants to track programs during the interview process and create program ratings that can be used to generate a rank order list in the NRMP's web-based Registration, Ranking, and Results (R3) system. NRMP Board Convenes Meeting - Reviews All In Survey Findings
News from the Board meeting
The NRMP Board of Directors met on October 28, and among the agenda items was a review of the preliminary findings of an NRMP survey designed to assess program director experience and satisfaction with the new All In Policy.
Approximately one-third of survey respondents reported an increase in the number of applicants, and one-fifth noted a change in the composition of the applicant pool, including more U.S. allopathic senior applicants. Although no significant change was noted in interview or ranking experiences, 94 percent of respondents reported they planned to remain in the Main Residency Match under the All In Policy.

Useful reminders for program directors and applicants
With interview season underway, it's important to remember that NRMP policy requires applicants and programs to provide complete, timely, and accurate information to each other during the interview and matching processes.
Applicants must ensure the information they provide is not false, misleading, incomplete, or plagiarized from another source, and programs must provide a copy of the contract applicants will be expected to sign if matched to the program, along with institutional policies governing applicant eligibility. The policy is codified in Section 4.4 of the Match Participation Agreement.
