Have you ever wondered what goes on during a bid? Well here is your chance to find out. CSI and ASPE (American Society of Professional Estimators) Central IN Chapter is putting on an 11th hour bid simulation. Participants will be split into teams and will work together to develop a bid for a fictional project.
