With the summer season approaching, we will be putting emphasis on whites and ros�s. Guests will receive 2 glasses and taste the 2 whites and 2 ros�s side by side. This allows yours the taster to learn about stainless steel versus barrel fermentation, aromatics, ros� and the wines age ability.
