Who Discovered America?
We have been especially busy these last few months, not least with the launch of our new book, Who Discovered America? The book was published on Columbus Day, October 14th, 2013, and received some good press coverage in the USA and UK, as well as some great reviews on www.Amazon.com
If you have read the book and enjoyed it, then we'd be extremely grateful if you could post a review up on Amazon ( http://amzn.to/18zBTKL ) or similar websites. If you didn't enjoy the book, then we'd love to hear why!
You can read more about the book, and listen to various interviews at the following links:

Finally, we leave you with a personal note from Gavin:
Dear friends,
Please accept my apologies for the delay in replying to your recent emails. There are three reasons for this. First, I had a major operation at the end of November and was advised to take six months off work. Secondly, I spent 2 weeks over Christmas recuperating abroad, and thirdly we received over Christmas substantial quantities of emails, many with fascinating new evidence which merited detailed consideration.
As a result of these events I have concluded that it is necessary to raise funds to enable us to employ researchers to help my colleague Ian Hudson - Ian has borne the load for 10 years and recently I have not been a lot of help to him.
So, this will be my major preoccupation over the next 3 months. We will keep you appraised of our progress. In the meantime, if you have any ideas of how to go about securing research funds, Ian and I would be grateful to hear about it. We are looking to raise $100,000 USD over the next 3 years in order that we may keep our website, team and research ongoing. This is a huge challenge, but we know that it will be worth it in the end!
We hope that you have enjoyed reading this newsletter, and ask you to please forward it on to anyone else who might like it too!
With our very best wishes for 2014,
Gavin, Ian and the team
