Action Alert - Nonprofit Funding 

Budget season is upon us. Carroll County spends $2.6 million annually to fund 11 local nonprofits that offer vital services to our community. The commissioners are considering cutting annual funding to nonprofits by 3 percent. The Arc Carroll County is one of the 11 nonprofits that receives county funding.

 The Carroll County Times is conducting an online poll, asking its readers whether the county should reduce its funding to nonprofits.
