Yearly Meeting is only 6 weeks away!
Materials are in the final stages of preparation... just a few more details and they will be to the printers! This year's materials will be posted on the website prior to being mailed.
(We've had a few complications that necessitated a delay in actual printing.) The website will be adding information every day next week - check back often! www.efcer.org/yearly-meeting.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THOSE STAYING AT THE COMFORT INN HOTEL DURING YEARLY MEETING:
It has come to our attention that the Comfort Inn has limited rooms available during Yearly Meeting. If you expect to stay there, you will need to use our code"Evangelical Friends group" in order to ensure a room. Please call the Comfort Inn (330-492-1331) to make your reservation as quickly as possible.

Now is the time to register for summer activities!
Please keep in mind that we will be needing teen volunteers to help with the Children's Ministry Program during Yearly Meeting. More details will be coming in the next few weeks. If you have teens who have a heart for children, save the Yearly Meeting dates (July 19-22) for them to volunteer.

How is your church getting involved in your community this summer? We'd like to start a list of ideas! Please send your short summaries to Julie Martin and we'll be posting those on Facebook and the website soon. Remember... the "same old programs" that you're using may be just the "wonderful, amazing new ministry" for others. Let's connect & communicate effective outreaches for this summer!
