Adam Pruett, registered dietitian at Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) will host a free Lunch and Learn seminar on clean eating Friday, Sept. 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CMH Community Rooms located at 1500 N. Oakland, Bolivar.
“Eating Clean” is a concept that stresses healthy, whole and unprocessed foods. Clean eating maximizes your energy and optimizes your health, making it more than just a diet.
During the Lunch and Learn, Pruett will discuss: eliminating processed foods and empty calories, eating throughout the day, including protein, carbohydrates and fat at every meal and exercise.
A light lunch will be served and reservations are requested.
