 Community Interest

This is a required 9-hour annual course for currently licensed State Constables. This two part class includes 3 hours of legal review that discusses changes in laws and new legislation and day two consists of 6 hours of firing range activity that focuses on firearm safety and re-qualification of firearm. This hands-on class will teach students how to use a camera to control exposure, color balance as well as determining what settings to use to take good pictures. Build on the knowledge acquired in Sewing Basics plus learn to work with knit and napped fabrics, seam finishes, install buttonholes and zippers. Excel 2010, Basic:  May 20; June 10 - 12

Real Estate - Broker A:  Jun 2 - 5
This class is 30 hours of 150 hours required to become a Broker (90 hours required for the salesperson's license may be used). In addition to the hours, you will need three years of experience with a salesperson's license and pass a state broker's exam. The SC Real Estate Licensing Board requires real estate licensees to obtain eight hours of continuing education every two years. The eight hours shall include a minimum of four hours of instruction in current federal and state laws affecting brokers and salesmen (core courses).
