23-05-2014 12:08 AM Follow-up / political sources revealed that the new alliance will be announced soon , composed of 190 deputies from the main political blocs in winning elections, the Iraqi parliament does not include the Maliki's coalition .

The sources said in a press statement that the political alliance whatever will emerge in the coming days posed by political blocs and comprises 190 deputies, has been regulated to him other blocs comprising members of the coalition of state law , in light of the differences that beset the latter and the intention of more than a character in it to run for a bag of prime minister .

and the quantity sold will be the first and followed by other quantities will be exported through the new carrier oil line between Kurdistan and the Turkish port of Ceyhan. "

She said the territorial Government in its statement that "the Government of the Territory will adhere to the resolutions of the UN Security Council in relation to a discount rate of 5 percent of oil revenues to pay compensation to Kuwait calculates special."

Ralph Turkish Energy Minister: Exporting Iraqi oil by KR to Turkey done according to Iraqi constitution

Baghdad (AIN) -The Turkish Energy Minister, Tatar Yaldiz, assured that exporting the Iraqi oil by Kurdistan Region to Turkey is done according to the Iraqi constitution.

In a press statement received by AIN, Yaldiz said "The revenues of exporting the Iraqi oil will be distributed in a fair way where the Iraqi Oil Minister, while visiting Turkey, discussed the possibility of exporting 100,000 oil pbd to Turkey from KR."

fireball92: Reviewing various bits of intel/info over the last couple years. I think I have a scenario that fulfills all the intel and the guru theories we have been reading and hearing.

We know that Maliki was placed by the USA to be a puppet and obey the directions he was given. When you use a wild card, you get wild stuff. LOL.

Maliki complied with what his handlers have required... Well sort of but he had to push the envelope which put an unhappy KINK in the PTB plan... So another 'DEAL' has been agreed upon. After the change-up ball Maliki threw 3 weeks ago with the RI, he apparently was offered a way to have his cake and eat it too....

Putting together what I have heard in past about Maliki from Tony, F26, even Blaino, FootForward and yes Goat among several other gurus,...My theory...

Maliki was offered that If he would delay the RI and help do an RV, he would be appointed PM for 3rd term, but only for appearances sake.
