SIM Advisory Board Application Deadline Extended
The deadline to submit an application for the SIM Advisory Board has been extended to Wednesday, September 23, 2015. Please submit an application through the Governor's Office of Boards and Commissions using the link below:
SIM Evaluation RFP Released
The SIM Office released a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive, responsive proposals from experienced and financially sound organizations to perform an evaluation of Colorado SIM. The evaluation contractor will develop and execute a self-monitoring and evaluation plan to assess Colorado SIM's progress toward reaching its goals. In conjunction with the federal CMMI evaluator, the SIM Office and stakeholders, the evaluation contractor will identify process and outcomes measures, establish baseline data and develop a methodology and data analysis plan that includes formative, impact and rapid-cycle improvement components.

SIM Practice RFA Released
The SIM Practice RFA has been released and practices may begin submitting applications to be included in the first cohort of practices participating in SIM. In order to provide interested practices with an opportunity to ask questions relating to the RFA there will be a series of webinars, the first of which is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, from 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM.
