This Saturday, the
FBP Summer Dance Intensive students will wrap up their four-week program with a free performance at one of the biggest WaterFire lightings of the season. The wide-ranging performance includes a modern work by choreographer José Limón, an excerpt from Swan Lake Act III, and a brand new toe-tapping jazz piece set to Elvis Presley'sBossa Nova Baby. The program closes with an epic excerpt from The Firebird. The Firebird herself will glide across the water igniting the WaterFire braziers one by one, as Stravinsky's score builds to a breathtaking finale you won't forget.
