Got Support?
Let's talk. Bina and teenage daughter Sarina have started a support group in San Jose, open to teens between the ages of twelve to eighteen. Sarina decided to take action after experiencing feelings of alienation and frustration after her diagnosis with epilepsy. "My goal is to help other teens overcome challenges of acceptance, share stories and experiences as well as reassure others that we are not alone, and gain empowerment through support, knowledge and confidence." For more information, contact Sarina or Bina at sraghavan@pres-net.com or bina6260@gmail.com.

Check out the list of free monthly support groups offered at various locations throughout the Northern California region. Interested in starting your own support group? Contact us.
