Happy Anniversary!
The corporate office team came together to celebrate the one year anniversary of The Franklin Johnston Group. While the company was formed in the first quarter of 2013, the corporate office officially opened in May of last year and that is when the magic really started. The celebration took place on the patio at Chop's Restaurant in Virginia Beach. This team building event was a nice way to reflect on the success of the past year as we look forward to the future of the company.

2014 VAMA Conference
Members of our company attended the 2014 Virginia Apartment Management Association Education Conference in Richmond, VA. They experienced over 15 breakout sessions covering marketing, leadership and maintenance. They connected with over 600 property management attendees during the trade show and networking event.

2014 AIM Video Awards
Congratulations to The Franklin Johnston Group for winning 1st Runner Up at the 2014 Apartment Internet Marketing Video Awards. Our video, "We Are The Franklin Johnston Group," competed against fifty other video submissions from property management companies across the country. Caroline Forehand, Director of Marketing, accepted this award in Huntington Beach, CA.

The 10th annual Heroes at Home Military Spouse Awards took place this month at The Founders Inn. This luncheon honored local military spouses from all branches for their strengths, sacrifices and commitment to our community.
