This dry cured ham is the Spanish version of the Italian prosciutto. It is served similarly by slicing very thin and enjoying on a charcuterie board, sandwich, pizza, or sauteed for flavoring in soups! The ham is covered in salt for a couple of weeks to draw out excess moisture, then washed and hung to dry for a long period of time. Enjoy with a glass of wine for the perfect appetizer.

Imported from Italy, this pasteurized cow's milk cheese is from the northern Alto-Adige region of Italy and soaked for a week in Lagrein wine with added garlic and pepper. It is then washed and aged for 2 months. The texture smooth and creamy with small wholes, tasting of wine, spices, and slightly nutty flavor. This is a wonderful addition to any cheese board and a crowd pleaser!
