Unity Plaza, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) created to manage the new central park currently under construction in the burgeoning Brooklyn neighborhood, will be crowdfunding at One Spark serving as both venue and creator with several other premier festival participants.
The Unity Plaza venue 'Community Stage', located outside the gallery at the entry of the Wells Fargo Tower at Bay and Laura Streets, will feature creators and performers throughout the 5-day festival. The Unity Plaza venue schedule will be highlighted by a Pitch Deck Party Friday, April 11 from 3 until 7:30 pm featuring live music and entertainment.
Crowdfunding for Unity Plaza will be dedicated to expanded capital improvements for the park, sponsorship of free public events and essential staffing to oversee the extensive calendar of events in the park. |

Coen Purvis Leads Hallmark Projects to Success
|
  Coen Purvis, SVP at Hallmark Partners, didn't take the podium at last week's official groundbreaking for Unity Plaza. But he certainly could enjoy some satisfaction as his leadership and contributions were very much on display in the remarkable progress being made at Jacksonville's highest profile construction project. "The 220 Riverside/Unity Plaza project has been one of Hallmark's most complex undertakings," said Hallmark Co-founder and Principal Alex Coley. "History will show Coen Purvis was the guy with his hands on the wheel from start to successful finish." Follow downtown Jacksonville's lone tower crane, a commanding sign of a recovering economy and emerging urban center, and you will see Coen's footprints leading into one of his three offices. The others include one at Hallmark's Southpoint corporate offices and the other, Purvis' pick-up truck.

Christian Harden Awarded NAIOP Emerging Professional of the Year

NAI Hallmark Partners Christian Harden has been honored by NAIOP - Northeast Florida (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) as the 2013 Emerging Professional of the Year. The award was presented at the Annual Awards and Celebration event last month at the River Club. The prestigious award is given to the up-and-coming professional under the age of 35 who have distinguished themselves among their colleagues.

2014 Natural Life Music Festival

The Community First Natural Life Music Festival, sponsored in part by NAI Hallmark Partners, was held on Sunday Mar 16, 2014 at Metropolitan Park. Event proceeds benefit the Children's Home Society of Florida. The free day-long event featured live music from 2-time Grammy nominee Sarah Jarosz, Della Mae, Honey Honey, The Autumn Defense, Larkin Poe and a special guest performance by X-Factor finalist and Jacksonville native Rion Paige. The family-oriented music festival also included an array of food trucks, "Crafternoon" highlighted by a tie-dye t-shirt station, leather bracelet stamping and many more craft stations.
