Clarification There is no time limit on this exchange, that's not correct first of all, no limitations whatsoever. And IMO having or releasing your reserves at the end once it rv's I do not consider it being a double dip, however acquiring reserves at the last minute SURELY IS. Do not be fool by the hype or misinformation being carried out by the malintended sent forth by some greedy bank source spokesman. Once we rv there is at least a 30 day exchange period, it has always been that way (for there are trillions around the world to be recollected), now you can take that on with a forex or private banker to the validity of my argument, honestly I am sick and tired of all this last minute hype this should plainly stop for it is uncalled for and it is dead wrong, and you site owners please do what is correct and verify what these jokers say before you publish it, for they are confusing and making people think that they have a lot of obstacles to go over when honestly they do not for this is a plain and normal exchange.

Follow-up - and babysit - Minister of Finance Agency purity of net debt, on Thursday, the launch of a law of customs tariff, noting that the entry of goods will be through the new mechanism.

Looking back into the events of 2012 I believe that the CBI had every intention to re-price the dinar at the start of 2013. The evidence to support this is compelling.
But that means nothing to us now. Or does it....
Let's dig a little and see if we can find something tangible from 2012 that we can point to NOW. This post is a bit wordy but not by accident. I simply want to convey clearly some of the significance that surrounds this week...

It is accusatory of both the CBI's monetary policy and of American and other International companies operating in Iraq. The auctions have been a necessary part of monetary policy for Iraq as proven by the fact that they have continued on through Turki after Shabibi was removed for selling USD. Turki found out almost immediately that the auctions were his only tool available to control inflation and to support the dinar and he had to come to the conclusion that these kinds of arguments were either inspired by politics or people who had no understanding of economics or monetary function. The auctions have been very necessary all the way along and especially of late in order to clean up the currency markets in the ME. ...
