New Badging Project? Outsource it!
Whether your organization is implementing employee ID badges for the first time or reprinting due to card technology changes, rebranding, merger, etc. - consider outsourcing.

Benefits of Outsourcing
  • Fast and inexpensive alternative to in-house card production.
  • Eliminates costly labor hours.
  • Requires no equipment purchase.
  • Can incorporate multiple technologies: barcode, prox, smart, magnetic stripe, RFID, etc.
  • Organization defined sorting to facilitate easy distribution to your workforce.
  • Complete digital data file for import into access control software or other software applications.

By outsourcing, you can rely on our expertise, as our in-house production team has produced many thousands of badges for our customers over the years. And - we can help you to meet your deadlines!

IDentiphoto can manage the entire process and deliver the completed ID badges on schedule, every time.

Recent Updates:
Jolly Technologies
ID Flow and Lobby Track Release 6.5 Notes
(Release Date: 02/06/2014)

Added Features:
  • Added ability to capture signature using touchscreen or mouse.
  • Added new search feature to the Main Menu that will search for matching records in all cardholder groups.
  • Added support for AssureTech ID card scanner.

We are most excited about the added support for the AssureTec ID-150 Card Authentication Scanner.  Not only is it integrated with the 6.5 release of Jolly's software but comes with AsureID authentication software.  The ID-150 is a full-color, 600 dpi, duplex scanner that scans both the front and back of the card in one simple operation.  It verifies and authenticates driver's licenses, military IDs, alien registration cards, plus federal, state and local government IDs.

Did you know...
Identifying all non-personnel such as visitors, vendors, contractors, volunteers, etc. is important in promoting a safe work environment and helps protect expensive assets from tampering and theft.

We encourage you to ask yourself the following questions to ensure that your facility is secure:
  • Does your current process maintain a profile for each visitor, vendor, contractor or volunteer, including name, address, current photo and when and why the person visited your facility?
  • Are all visitors required to wear a visitor badge so that personnel can challenge anyone without the proper visible credential?
  • Can a dossier of all visitors, vendors, contractors and volunteers be accessed quickly in the event of an emergency, where evacuation must take place?

If you would like to learn how our solutions help address these concerns, schedule a no obligation demonstration today.
