Cynthia Lippert - Lippmeister, LLC
Cynthia Lippert has over 30 years of Business/ Sales/ Sales Management/Training and Leadership experience. She began her career with Carnation Company hired out of college to an exclusive Management Trainee position in which she was the only woman in twelve US positions that year. She later joined Apple Computer and honed her Sales and Training skills. After the birth of her third child, Cynthia started in Real Estate in 1989. She was the Rookie of the Year in her first year of Real Estate Sales and moved onto Manage Destination Services for two Real Estate company's Relocation Departments. She became a licensed Real Estate Instructor in 2000 and in 2002, she joined Keller Williams Realty as a Qualifying Broker/Team Leader. From there she opened, staffed, and developed two successful real estate offices, as well as re-launched a struggling third office, growing it to be the third most profitable office in the Southeast Region by the time of her departure.
In 2011, Cynthia left her Broker role and launched Two Hummingbirds Real Estate Group. As the CEO and Associate Broker Cynthia has grown Two Hummingbirds to five licensed real estate professional s and fulltime and part-time staff.
She currently serves a three year term on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Board of Realtors' School, The Georgia Institute of Real Estate. She also serves as the 2014 Director of the Leadership Development Program for the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
