Round 3 of the Snow Bunny League was played on February 16 at Diamond Oaks (it was rescheduled because of rain).
The game for the day ... front 9 or back 9. Each player chose their best 9 hole score and deducted � of their course handicap.
Winners received Haggin Oaks gift certificates:

Not to go without applause was Vicki Philpott who had three birdies including two 2's!!

The New Member Orientation is next Tuesday, February 25th at 5:30!
It will be in the Haggin Oaks trailer (which is located beside the Pavilion, and behind the grill). There will be adult refreshments for our new (and not-so-new) members, and some of our long-time members will be there to provide information about our chapter and to answer any other questions you might have. We want you to get the most out of your membership!!
Please RSVP as soon as possible (and no later than this Sunday, Feb 23) so that we know how many people to plan for!

This series of class meetings and practice nights provides moral support and camaraderie while helping newer and returning players get more comfortable with basic rules, etiquette, posting scores, setting goals and practicing for maximum improvement.

We've put together an 18 hole fantasy round consisting of holes from all over the greater Sacramento area. Each hole is from at least one of the courses that we will play throughout the 2014 season. You can post a score from any round that you play between the competition dates of March 1 through November 15. This is an eclectic competition meaning that if you play any of the courses more than once you can post your best score for each hole. This is a fun event that anyone with a handicap can play with endless opportunities to improve your scores on each hole. |
