Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol used in Cancer Study.
USA Today recently published an article explaining that the Ideal Protein Diet is being used in a study involving breast cancer survivors.  Of course, the patients all lost a considerable amount of weight, and they are being followed to track their health.

Dieting is not just about losing weight.  It is also about getting to a very healthy condition, then maintaining that with lifestyle. 

"Colleen Doyle, director of nutrition and physical activity for the American Cancer Society, said weight control has moved to the top of the list of recommendations for reducing cancer risk."   All of our dieters tell us about all kinds of health benefits they have experienced while on the protocol.  It sounds like reducing the risk of cancer can be added to that list!
