Softball Academy 2015 

Our Player Academy was such a hit, we’re expanding it to softball! We want to help make sure that softball players from ages 7 & up compete at their absolute best. Come join former Mt. SAC coach Heather Harrison who will both lead players through workouts and practices.

TUES thru FRI: 7p to 8p

Workouts will include
HITTING, PITCHING, FIELDING, STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING, SPEED & AGILITY, and more.

Our CERTIFIED strength & conditioning coach will work with each softball player TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS to ensure they stay healthy and play healthy.
