Submit Your Intent to Apply for the Wisconsin Forward Award by
April 30th
The deadline for organizations to apply for the Wisconsin Forward Award during the summer cycle is fast approaching. If you're planning on applying, the Intent-to-Apply form must be postmarked by April 30th. You can download the WFA full application here (includes the intent-to-apply form). Full applications are due July 15, 2014.
Summer applications should be written to the 2013-2014 Criteria for Performance Excellence, which can be ordered here.
