Lately I find questions from readers and the contributions of others are shaping my posts and responses. This is encouraging as it builds a stronger organization of minds. With that being said, we are each the world that we see. Whether we consciously accept it or not. - JC

PassionBee: Chase Bank: I went to a chase bank in Texas today to speak with a wealth manager. They told me that they did not have a wealth manager at that location, but they will have one to come to that location and speak with me.
I told them I am coming into an inheritance and was told to speak to a wealth manager. They wanted to hook me up with a financial advisor but I told them a wealth manager. They ask me how much are we talking about. I told them I didn't know for sure yet.
I ask the manager whom I was speaking with if she was aware of the foreign currency revaluation and she said yes and their bank is one that will be doing exchanges.
She also said that since they work for the bank that they couldn't buy any currencies because they know when currencies goes up and down and it is illegal for them to purchase any currencies.

The banking system is completely dysfunctional, and it is going to lose legitimacy as we are nowhere near the solution of the too-big-to-fail problem, Robert Pringle, chairman and founder of the Central Banking Journal, told RT.
It was never supposed to force the Central Banks to gamble on such an enormous scale as is happening today, Pringle, author of the Money Trap said on RT America's show Boom Bust.

For all those who suspect that the BRICS Bank will supersede or work parallel with the IMF, there is some important information in this interview with James Rickards.
As Mr. Rickards states, the IMF is the only one with a clean balance sheet. It's my contention that the BRICS Bank itself will in fact issue SDR bonds, as will the World Bank and all central banks. - JC

Iraq looking customs tariffs applied to complete its accession to the World Trade Organization
[Shredd] "The statement added: During the meeting, discuss the issue of customs tariffs in preparation for the third round of negotiations and finalists take Iraq in order to complete its accession to the World Trade Organization."
If tariffs are all that remains for membership, we may be closer than I thought. I wonder when this third round is to take place.

Salman al-Moussawi: We have reached an agreement with the Kurds on the budget, but their attitude changed last moment
An MP for the State of Law coalition has announced that an agreement was reached between them and the Kurds on the budget issues....and the bill should be passed even though there was a last minute change of heart it appears from the Kurds.....he reported that some blocs were attempting extortion against the State of Law MP's but but they refuse to listen to these efforts.....there may still be some disagreements between Baghdad and Erbil....but the bill should be passed.....my comment on that is "show me the money."

[millionday] Iraq's economy must diversify to reduce its decades-long reliance on oil as the main contributor to its GDP, said the country's former planning minister, despite a recent uptick in oil production leading to expectations that OPEC's second-largest oil producer will be among the region's best-performing economies in 2014.
[millionday] Speaking to Asharq Al-Awsat this week, Mahdi Al-Hafez, who also heads the Coalition of Iraq, said: "The desired tasks for economic reform require the reduction of the domination of oil revenue on the economic situation and the adoption of a policy of diversifying the economy and developing other productive sectors such as industry, agriculture, communications and tourism, to make them genuine productive sectors which can contribute effectively to GDP."
