There are similarities and differences when presenting to a group versus speaking one-on-one. Come learn leadership skills for communicating with individuals and audiences by understanding the the opportunities in each.

The authors of The Leadership Challenge say that, "Leadership is a performance art," and that leaders enact the vision and meaning of their organization with every decision and conversation. How are you modeling leadership for others? Do you engage in the difficult or shy away from it? What messages are you inadvertently giving, and how can you be more intentional?

This is a dynamic training day of interpersonal communication, presentation, and relationship skills. We'll explore leadership presence from a mind-body perspective in order to become more aware and purposeful about your influence on others.
