Weekly run group for ALL levels (beginners to advanced runners) and ages. Come out and run, socialize, and have an Ice cold Sea Dog Beer. If you just want to run that is great also.

Start at American Running Company and then finish at Sea Dog Brewery. (conveniently located next door).
Distance: The nights are set up by Coach Dan and Coach Joette with RUN VIE Racing. From simple run; hill repeats; to sprints. Get the proper lessons to run better and faster.
Day of Week: Tuesday Nights
Time: We will start at 6:15.
Sea Dog time: After the run. Happy Hour prices for the group!

CORPORATE CHALLENGE TEAM INFORMATION
- Teams can consist of 3 to 10 people
- Each team member is timed and then the team is divided by the
number of team members to get team with the overall time
- Team with lowest time wins.
- Team discount for the series
- Corporate winner for each race and then Overall series cup winner
- Corporate team challenge is for the ARC series which consist of Sea Dog Brewery 5K, Hooters to Hooters 5K, Pretty in Pink 5K, and Shipyard Brewery 5K
- At the Shipyard 5K "THE" Corporate Cup will be awarded. This Cup is then engraved and given to the corporate to display for the following year.

CAMP GLADIATOR
is more than a fitness boot camp, it's an experience. Camp Gladiator is a four week adult fitness boot camp that promises a motivating and challenging environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more.
