Could You Lose 9 pounds in one Week?

This is a great recipe to bring to a Super Bowl Party!
 
Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  1 jar of roasted red peppers (lowest carb you can find)
  3-5 Cauliflower florets, steamed
  garlic
  basil

Steam the cauliflower until just soft.  Process the cauliflower and garlic in a food processor.  Remove to a bowl.  Process the strained red peppers separately.  Add peppers and chopped basil to the bowl and mix. 

This is a great snack with the Garlic Soy Crisps, or with celery.  You can also put some in lettuce wraps with chicken for phase 2 lunch or phase 1 dinner.
