If you are looking for a church home, then we invite you to join our spring Membership Class.  For those coming from different denominations or other faith backgrounds, this class provides a supportive setting in which to learn more about Peace Church, United Methodism and what church membership means. There is no obligation to join Peace Church just because you take the class.  It's not too late to join this summer women's fellowship and study! The sessons guide you in discovering all about God's grace-how richly, extravagantly, and surprisingly he indulges us with his love and grace. There will be Bible lessons for real life, decadent snacks, fun activities, and prayer. Heart Spa will be held the 3rd Wednesday of every month beginning at 6:30 p.m. on May 20, June 17, July 15 and August 19.  There's no homework - come to one session or come to all!  To RSVP contact Jana Hart at 407-438-8947 or

So many ladies from the church and the community have come forward to help us with sewing that we are succeeding in our Peace UM Church mission to "Dress A Girl Around the World."  To date we have made over 400 dresses and 180 dolls, which have been distributed in India, Haiti and the Philippines. We are now branching out and have started making boys shorts and hygiene kits for countries without paper products. We are always glad to see new faces join us in this worthy mission. Our sewing sessions in the sanctuary are scheduled for May 21 and 28 starting at 9:30 a.m. Thanks to all who have generously donated items and time.  Come and join us! 

Join our United Methodist Women Circle of Hope on Thursday, May 21 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in the church Youth Room. 

 We focus on bible studies as they relate to today's women of all ages.  Interactive study encouraging all to participate.  For more information, please contact Ann Strehlow 407-859-8255.

Come help give our church home a summer cleaning!  The Peace United Methodist Church Trustee committee is sponsoring a Church Work Day. There will be jobs for all ages. We have work to do both inside and outside the building. Mark your calendars now for Saturday, June 27th 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. noon.  Don't forget to bring your gloves!  Questions? This summer our High School students will embark on a mission trip to Atlanta, Georgia where we will be working with M25, a United Methodist ministry to those experiencing homelessness in that area. They will be ministering and volunteering at children's centers, homeless shelters, and other local missions.  

 Our Middle School students will be working closer to home (in a suburb of north Orlando) renovating homes for those in need as we partner up for a 15th year with Impact Ministries of Central Florida.
