Golf Ball Analysis. Here at Aqua Dynamics we pride ourselves on being a sub-contract service and our doors are always open to anyone & everyone that has a requirement or creative idea that can be brought to life by the WaterJet cutting process. Over the last five years of business we have seen all kinds of weird and wonderful requests but this one came as a real surprise to us all! We were approached by a well known golf ball manufacturer to cut up hundreds of there balls for careful Analysis. In order to achieve this both efficiently and accurately we designed and engineered a special Jig from Aluminium that secured the balls whilst the WaterJet did the work exposing their core and the various layers required to produce these high quality golf balls.
