You need to act accordingly you need to be in style, you need to transform yourselves into the new kids on the block and stop acting like cows stampeding to the slaughter house. This unlikely behavior creates a big risk, a lot of logistics and security issues for all banks. Not to mention that stupidity itself can make you show your weakness to the predators that will be out there scanning the area to see who can be pickup. Listen this is not a black Friday scene at a local Walmart this is you being a pro. and doing your thing in complete order. So when you receive your instructions with the coded 800# just breathe in calmly make your appointment call,study your area for your exchange, just be there at least a day before so you can see the whole scenario or battle grounds. Then when going to your appointment just make it proper to be there professionally just 15 to 20 minutes before your schedule appointment.

(LOECHIN UPDATE....) YES YES YES this is the end. I never read dinar guru but thought I would cruise through there this evening. I am amazed that some guru's don't have a clue what really has happened in the last week. I want to call them out for all their misinformation but that's just not in my nature. The rate has been released in Iraq and it has risen to the needed rate. The reason we needed it to increase is because that's what the Global Reset was built around. A certain rate had to be reached. Some just don't want to see the whole picture but will only focus on a part but not the whole. As I write this tonight I wait only for the release of the 800 numbers. I trust you are going over the steps that you have laid out in your plan because in the next few hours you might have to start on that same list. ....

This is such a wonderful moment in time for Iraq and all their people, as well as all those holding their currency.
Regardless of those who keep insisting that articles on Iraq about their currency reform along with their interpretation of them continue to say. A road map to the end is the last thing any emerging nation would give, in fact, like all governments; the media is used as a diversion of the truth.
As for the banter that is being put out there regarding "laws that need to be passed" or saying that "they understand the culture very well" really only shows how little they actually know and understand.
My husband is within ear shot of the facts surrounding this whole situation on a daily basis. The so called experts who have cropped up over the years have spoiled the minds of so many, it is truely sad.
Time is on your side friends, keep watch of the CBI's website these next few days.

[tlm724] good afternoon everyone I want to take a few minutes to talk about the recent statements by Finance Committee member Abdul-Hussein al-Yasiri who recently said on Novemebr 17th 2013 and I quote " "the application of the decision to lift the zeros, will contribute significantly to reducing the monetary blocs to quarter, which coincides with the increase in the value of the Iraqi dinar." He explained that "the Central Bank informed that he strives to accelerate the implementation of the project beginning in 2014."

11-18-2013 Tlar: The CBI all along when discussing the deletion of the zeros has stated that both currencies would be in circulation for an expected two years. By this they meant that to pass out the new currency and collect the old currency would take by their estimates about two years.
If they float the currency at 1166 there would be no people removing their hidden currency from under the mattresses ...which means there would be no rush to the banks in Iraq, no infusion of capital for to the banks and no visible amount of new accounts being opened.
All of these were said by Shabibi to be benefits they had hoped to achieve. Most important, Shabibi had decided early in the year in 2010 to pull the trigger by the end of 2010.
This was before all these laws were on the books. The reasons behind why Shabibi switched to a float are up to debate. The reasons why Shabibi did not pull the trigger on the few occasions that we all thought he was going to do it, are also up for debate.
The fact remains...he had intended to do it before the last Article IV consultations and before the laws we put so much importance on today. I think they are ready. I think that they will do this as they have planned it for the last six years as an RV.
