"Dump the Pump" on June 18

Try transit and ride free across the Treasure Coast from Stuart to Sebastian on Thursday, June 18 in support of National Dump the Pump Day. Chlorine maintenance notice to utility customers

Martin County Utilities, City of Stuart and South Martin Regional Utilities will temporarily change the method of chlorinating drinking water to insure the safety of the water. Utility water users may notice an unusual chlorine taste or odor in their tap water during the period of July 5-18. Learn more >

"Horns a Plenty" at the Cummings Library

Join Grammy-nominated musician and international touring artist Alex Meixner at the Cummings Library on Saturday, June 20 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm for a uniquely entertaining program that demonstrates a variety of brass instruments (and a few close cousins) with explorations of different musical styles.  

Discover Science: Rainforest Journey

Through the use of hands-on activities, kids can visit a tropical rainforest on Wednesday, June 17 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the Cummings Library. Participants experience the wonders of these vanishing habitats around the world and learn about the "jungle in the pantry." Call 288-2551 for details.
