New storage for Theatre II

Springfield Ballet Company wishes to thank John Mitchell (pictured) and Vince Howard, both of Bunn-O-Matic Corporation, for designing, building and installing the beautiful cubbies in Theatre II at the Hoogland Center for the Arts.

The storage units help keep our rehearsal space clean --especially when we have more than 100 dancers in the studio, such as we have had during rehearsals for The Nutcracker

Thank you John and Vince! We greatly appreciate your hard work and dedication to the SBC.

Leap into Lincoln is an opportunity for fourth and fifth grade students to experience, firsthand, the various styles of dance in Abraham Lincoln's lifetime. The students will watch the Springfield Ballet Company perform a variety of dance styles from 1809 to 1865, including segments of ballets from the Romantic era, stately court dances and American folk dances.

Space for this unique educational experience is VERY LIMITED at 500 students and chaperones per session. Please send in your school reservations ASAP!

Visit our website HERE for additional information and for a school reservation form!
