Consultations - The complimentary consultation is a meeting with the senior and family to walk through the property and complete a thorough questionnaire to further evaluate their needs. All services are addressed in order to help make the upcoming move as stress free as possible. Services are provided a-la-carte to accommodate the needs of each client. As a result, a personalized action plan is presented along with a written proposal.
Space Planning - After your clients have decided on the location of their new residence and have signed on for help from us, we will visit that site and create a space plan. This will illustrate what furniture and belongings will FIT in the space. We measure all rooms, photograph all cabinets, closets, storage spaces to determine the best furniture arrangement and how many belongings will fit in the aforementioned spaces.
Move Management - Downsize transitioning from a long time residence to a smaller space can be quite overwhelming for any family. Consider us as your single point of contact along the way. We have reliable resources for every aspect of the move and can oversee all details on your behalf.
Staging -Staging is the art of preparing a home for sale so that it stands out above the competition. Statistics continually reflect the fact that staging helps sell homes in less time for more money.
Move In Design - Move-In Design is based on Interior Redesign - the concept of decorating by using what you already have. After the favorite furnishings are selected for the new space, they are showcased through proper set up. We also take into account any special needs so the new home is functional and comfortable from day one.
Additional Services - To further personalize the new space, we offer additional services such as color consultations and holiday decorating. We are also available for presentations to potential clients.
