Every successful business needs a business plan, particularly if you are trying to attract investors, partners, key employees, or secure a bank loan. A serial entrepreneur, Nikolich will teach you how to write a successful business plan that will define and shape your business. This workshop will help you jumpstart the process . . . and have fun at the same time! Workshop Description: 1. Define why an effective business plan is needed. 2. Create the guidelines on how to write an effective business plan. 3. Select a growth plan for your business 4. Outline and prioritize your plan of action 5. Create your plan and write a strong executive summary. |

Mike Nikolich
is an entrepreneur and public relations professional who represented both Fortune 1000 and more than 150 technology start-up companies in his award-winning career. In 1993, Nikolich founded Tech Image Ltd. and grew it into one of the country's leading independent technology public relations firms. After Tech Image Ltd. was named "The Country's Best Boutique Agency to Work for" two years in a row by The Holmes Report, Nikolich sold his agency to a client, SmithBucklin Corporation. Once he completed his earn-out in 2010, Nikolich left his agency to serve as SmithBucklin's Chief Marketing Officer before fulfilling a lifetime dream of retiring at age 55 in 2012. Today, Nikolich volunteers as a Certified SCORE Mentor and runs a successful day trading firm, Key Reversal Trading?. In addition, he is bootstrapping a new mergers and acquisitions consultancy for the public relations industry called Agency Seller?, which will launch later this year. Currently, Nikolich is working on his MBA at Northern Illinois University and will graduate in 2016.
