Half Day Yoga and Meditation Retreat 

 

Meditation, simply defined, is an avenue to mindfulness. Yoga offers a vehicle to awareness.

Transformation can happen when you make time to listen to your physical messages. Recognition of this shift is present and empowered during a retreat dedicated to creating a safe and sacred space. 

 

The practices during our retreat will expand your understanding of yoga, and perhaps, through meditation, connect you to the wisdom found in your own body.

 

During the retreat, we will explore:

Meditation - cultivating inner stillness

Chanting - connect to awareness

Yoga Postures - tap into your highest wisdom

Pranayama - quiet the mind and body

Yoga Nidra - access hidden layers of consciousness through deep relaxation

 

This is an all levels retreat, open to all; no previous yoga or meditation experience necessary; just an open heart and curiosity.

Class card - If you already have a 5- 10- or 20-class card with Bristol Yoga Studio, you can use that card toward the workshop, just as you would any other class at the studio. This workshop counts as four classes on your class card.
