The practices during our retreat will expand your understanding of yoga, and perhaps, through meditation, connect you to the wisdom found in your own body.
During the retreat, we will explore:

Pranayama - quiet the mind and body
Yoga Nidra - access hidden layers of consciousness through deep relaxation
This is an all levels retreat, open to all; no previous yoga or meditation experience necessary; just an open heart and curiosity.
